This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of internal applications developed and operated by Marlow Financial Services, LLC ("MFS," "we," "our") for business operations, including applications that connect to QuickBooks Online, Karbon, StanfordTax, and other authorized platforms through their respective APIs. By accessing or using these applications, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
MFS grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its internal applications solely for authorized business operations of Marlow Financial Services, LLC, including reading, reconciling, and managing financial data within connected platforms.
3. Restrictions
Users may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or distribute any application or its components; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works; (c) use any application for any purpose other than authorized MFS business operations; or (d) share access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
4. Data Usage
Applications access third-party platform data through authorized APIs. Data accessed is used solely for legitimate business purposes including client management, invoicing, reconciliation, tax preparation, and reporting. No customer data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data handling is subject to the Privacy Policy above.
5. Intellectual Property
All internal applications and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Marlow Financial Services, LLC. QuickBooks and Intuit are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Karbon is a registered trademark of Karbon Inc. StanfordTax is a registered trademark of StanfordTax Inc.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
